Wow! Great response Rachel! A great deal of detail, far more than my effort. Seems odd that TfL can’t seem to break free of bad habits, even when they are given all the help they need, by folk like yourself and Dutch engineers drafted in. In the mean time, I have voted for you in the LCC trustee election. Good luck!
