Research Project on cycling and children

I’m running an online survey on people’s views about cycling with or without children. Can you spare ten minutes to help?

About the Research
This research project aims to help policy-makers and planners learn more about building cycle routes suitable for a range of ages. We are doing this through an online survey asking how people feel about cycling in different situations – for example, riding through a park, or using a cycle lane. We’ll also ask whether you think the situations are suitable for children.

We’d like to hear your views even if you don’t have children or don’t cycle. And please feel free to share with friends, colleagues and neighbours, so we can gather as many people’s views as possible.

Hiya, I came across your survey as it was posted on the popular cycling forum CycleChat. The comments there echo my own thoughts that it was a thoughtful and relevant survey.

Thanks! I hope the findings will be useful for policy and planning.

Everyone who completed the survey and asked to receive the results will hear from us later in the year (we’ll be keeping the survey open into September.)

Just completed the survey. Would be interested in results for PSED data. Hilary of Southsea.
